Eat Healthy And Cleanse Your Colon

Fresh fruits are easy to digest and are a great way to cleanse you colon naturally. It is beast to eat your fruit in the morning. The body loves to be cleansed in the morning. So why not give you body what it wants and give it the morning nutrition that it needs.

Vegetables are foods that cleanse your colon, but if your body is not ready for harsh foods like raw veggies, it can be very harsh. If your body is not ready for eating raw veggies by themselves, then add them to a salad and gradually add them into your diet. Eating steamed or cooked vegetables for supper are another great way to get those into your diet. By working with your body's natural digestive cycle, you will make your digestion stronger. If your digestion is strong, so is your body's ability to cleanse.

If you are wanting to go for a long term cleaning diet, raw foods may be the way to go for you. This can include both fruits and vegetables and their juices, but may include raw seeds and grains. If you are going to try the raw food diet, a juicer and or a food dehydrator is a great way to get the benefits out of your food. This takes some retraining in the kitchen, but if you start slow and learn more, it becomes easier.

Grains such as quinoa, amaranth, wild or basmati rice, and some whole grain sprouted breads are compatible with a colon cleanse. No pasta are allowed during a cleanse as they will stop your body's natural cleansing process. Keep in mind that all grains will slow your cleansing process, so the more you eat, the slower you'll cleanse. This isn't so bad if you want to limit cleansing side effects.

Meat includes all read meat, chicken, turkey and fish. These foods do not help to cleanse the colon, but you do not have to take them completely out of your diet. Meats can take longer to digest, and is quite a burden when eaten with bread or other grains. So in order to digest meat properly, it is a good idea to eat it only with vegetables. - 31875
